How do your pieces fit?

Our tees and hoodies are cut oversized with dropped shoulders. For the intended relaxed look, order your usual size. For a closer fit, size down. Full measurements are on our Size Guide page and on every product page.

How long will my order take?

Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size, so please check the Size Guide before you order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Email hello@consulatex.com with your order number.

How should I care for my garment?

Machine wash at 30°C (cold) on a gentle cycle, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
