Emerald is a Pi Lo Chun Chinese tea that is special to me since I have been a green tea aficionado long before starting August. At first, I was devoted to Japanese gyokuro teas, and Larter when I delved deeper in to Chinese green teas, I found such a vast range of exquisite green teas. This Pi Lo Chun has a remarkable flavor. As green teas go, it is one of the sweetest, least bitter I have tasted. Leaves can be reinfused 2-3 times. The 60g tin makes 17-51 cups of tea, depending on the number of infusions.
