- 01 Join a group Pick a campaign and place a pre-order. Nothing is charged today; Shopify saves your card at checkout.
- 02 Bring people in Share the link. Each tier the group reaches lowers the price for everyone.
- 03 Timer ends You're charged when the campaign closes and refunded any difference down to the lowest price reached. No first tier, no charge.
- 04 Maker ships Group deals ship from U.S. stock. Factory drops are made after close and ship by the date shown on the campaign.

Become a maker partner- U.S. stock or duties paid. Products ship from a U.S. warehouse, or are imported with duties and fees paid before they reach the buyer.
- A real ship date. Every campaign states when it ships. Delays are emailed with the option to cancel for a full refund.
- Safety and compliance. Children's products, electronics, cosmetics and food carry the U.S. certificates and registrations their category needs before launch.
- Sample-checked. First production runs are sample-checked before the campaign opens.
