How it works
Every product on Groupshop is sold as a group pre-order. Makers set a price for each group size before a campaign opens. You join with a pre-order, the group grows, and when the campaign closes everyone pays the lowest price the group reached.

Group pricing
Each campaign lists prices for set group sizes, agreed with the maker before launch. The price shown is the current group price. It can only go down while the campaign is open.

Lowest price for everyone
When a campaign closes, every member pays the lowest price the group reached, including people who joined at a higher price. Your order is placed at the group price on the day you join. If the final price is lower, we refund the difference within 2 business days of the close.

Payment
Nothing is charged when you join. At checkout, Shopify securely saves your payment method for this order, and we charge it when the campaign closes. If the charge fails, we email you a link to pay. If it isn't paid within 3 days, your order is cancelled.

If the first tier isn't reached
If a group doesn't reach its first price tier by the deadline, the campaign is cancelled, your order is cancelled and nothing is charged.

Shipping dates
Every campaign shows an estimated ship date. If we can't ship by that date, we email you a revised date and you can cancel for a full refund. If the order is delayed again, we cancel and refund it unless you tell us you want to keep waiting. Groupshop ships to U.S. addresses only.

Group deals and factory drops
Group deals are already stocked in the U.S. and ship within five days of the close. Factory drops are made after the close; their ship date includes production and freight to a U.S. warehouse.

Leaving a group
You can leave a group at any time before it closes, at no cost: reply to your order confirmation or contact us. After the close, group deals can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Factory drops can't be cancelled once production starts, except under the shipping-date rule above.

Returns
Returns follow the maker's policy shown on each campaign: at least 30 days for unused items. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded.

Makers and quality
Makers are vetted before launch and first production runs are sample-checked. The maker is responsible for product safety and for meeting U.S. requirements for its product category. Imported products reach you with duties and import fees already paid.

Limits and fair use
One unit per customer per campaign unless the campaign says otherwise. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are inflating group counts.
- 01 Join a group Pick a campaign and place a pre-order. Nothing is charged today; Shopify saves your card at checkout.
- 02 Bring people in Share the link. Each tier the group reaches lowers the price for everyone.
- 03 Timer ends You're charged when the campaign closes and refunded any difference down to the lowest price reached. No first tier, no charge.
- 04 Maker ships Group deals ship from U.S. stock. Factory drops are made after close and ship by the date shown on the campaign.
